Team_Albatross is a guild designed for the  enjoyment of the Game. All we ask is that you play, don't quit games and respect our members and all others. We will keep levels
posted for each of our guild members as quickly as we can, so keep checking back on our progress.

       RECRUITING
Everyone is welcome to get out there and find us more Great, Fun Members. :) If you find someone that you feel will be a Good Fit with the Guild, please have them add the Submasters and Myself to their Friends list. Dougv is in charge of recruiting also, so he is a good reference to go to for this. As we continue to find Great People to fill this Guild with, we try to get to know them a bit by playing with them first, before making a decision on whether or not to let them into the Guild.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
* Conduct Yourself Respectfully representing the Guild. We all know that there are "Problem Childs" out there that love nothing better than to cause trouble, but please try to refrain from getting into arguments both with members on the Guild and with Players outside the Guild. If you run into problems with another person, please get ScreenShots of the incident and talk to Myself or one of the Submasters concerning the issue. We will try to help you get the issue resolved.

* NO QUITING GAMES! We do not want our Guild to be viewed as having players that Quit! If you are in a game and need to go, please get the acknowledgment from all the players in your round before exiting the round. If you get DC'd, if at all possible, return to the game and contact a member that was in your game to let them know what happened. Players will appreciate that courtesy from you. If you have a player that Quits on you and you would like to report them to the guild or on places like SONet.com, please do so with without excessively slandering that person.

* Stay Fairly Active. What I mean by this is that we would like to see our members playing atleast a couple of times a week. We all understand that there are busy times that come up in everyones lives. If you will be away for an extended amount of time, please post on this forum and/or let one of the Submasters or myself know. We are not out to become an "obsessed" Guild with leveling, but we do want active members that are on to be able to play with the other members. It's not as much fun when you have 5 to 10 members playing out of 30 or more members.

* Please have fun with each other, thats what the Guild is for! We want an environment where everyone feels comfortable. Mild Adult Humor and Jokes are fine, just please don't take it to far where it can really start to offend someone. Absolutely no Racial slurs or jokes will be tolerated though!

We are not so Foolish to think that there will never be any issues that pop up. Especially as the Guild becomes larger and we acquire more people that have there own quirks, personalities and beliefs. When there is an issue, we will try to hear both sides of the story. Unless the issue has caused many problems, the offending party(ies) will be given a warning. If the problem continues they will be asked to leave the guild or will be removed by Me.
